We longed for these Biker Boots from Chloé last year, and now I came upon a parallel universe example of Free People. A brand you can not (yet?) buy in the EU...why?.... So, what to do? Go to Topshop, their Aztec Studded Ankle Boot for a mere £75, approx €88. Looks like it, but are there enough studs on this? Asos sell the Adele tegen å €65,40, close, but NO STUDS! Love-child: Sacha x Reinoud x Vincent x Textielmuseum!

Birthday girl (boy?) Sacha is launching a new limited edition. This boot is the love-child of a cooperation between the artist Reinoud Van Vught & the Vincent van Gogh Huis in Zundert- his place of birth in NL, ofcourse. Van Vught's work is on display as of september 4, 2009. As the museum states; ' the spirit of Vincent van Gogh is still very much alive amongst artists, such as van Vught. They both share the love of Nature.'. The endresult is on display now; 2 limited-edition boots, fabric handwoven on the looms of the Tilburgs Textielmuseum. Buy in Sacha store near you as of november 2009 for 169,95 euro.
