I love the borrow-from-boyfriend-trend; but you have to spice it up a little to avoid looking ' clumpy' or sloggy. And ofcourse; your shoes are your favourite weapon of choice to use here. What you have to do 1st is roll up your jeans above the ankle to avoid a baggy look. You can wear his leather belt aswell, but keep the top very feminine. Please; do not wear sneakers, this is too obvious. Wear to work with a well-cut fitted jacket + stretch shirt, on Saturday a nice frilly blouse will do the trick. Shoes should really be ultra girly, avoid the bcbg classics here. Go for ankle booties, ballerina's, anything with +8cm heels but not tall boots. Show some leg!
